1. Your agreement with us

ThunderRiver Tech LLC operates Sabi. By signing in or using the service, you agree to these terms and acknowledge our Privacy notice. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Who may use the beta

You must be at least 18 years old and located in the United Kingdom, the United States, or Canada. The beta is private and may require an invitation. You must be legally able to agree to these terms and use the service under the laws that apply to you.

3. Your account

• Use your own account and keep access to it secure.
• Give accurate information and keep your connected email account safe.
• Do not share sign-in links, session access, or private league invitations publicly.
• Tell us promptly if you believe your account or an invite has been misused.

You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless the law says otherwise.

4. Fair play

You must not:

• submit or change a prediction after its deadline;
• try to see another person's hidden prediction before the deadline;
• use automation, duplicate accounts, or technical tricks to gain an unfair advantage;
• interfere with scoring, fixtures, security controls, or another person's access; or
• use the service for fraud, harassment, unlawful activity, or harm.

We may correct a clear scoring or data error using the game's recorded evidence. A correction must preserve history rather than quietly rewrite it.

5. Private leagues and owner decisions

A league owner approves new members and manages current access. Removal requires a recorded reason. Leaving or removal ends future private access, but it does not erase eligible locked predictions, points, or the dated participation record. Ownership changes only after the selected member accepts.

Sabi records those facts but does not decide whether a private disagreement was fair or who owes another person anything. League members remain responsible for resolving personal disputes lawfully.

6. Money boundary

Sabi is a prediction game, not a payment, wallet, escrow, sportsbook, or gambling operator. It never collects, holds, transfers, pays out, or takes a fee from money between members. The public beta does not provide public wager-tracking features. Those features stay unavailable unless the exact product, location, and distribution method pass separate legal and platform review.

Any lawful arrangement made outside the service is solely between the people involved. Do not use Sabi to create or support an arrangement that is unlawful where any participant is located.

7. What you submit

You keep ownership of league names, feedback, and other material you submit. You give us permission to store, display, and process it only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service. Do not submit material you do not have the right to use or content that is illegal, threatening, hateful, deceptive, or invasive of another person's privacy.

The Sabi name, design, software, and original content belong to ThunderRiver Tech LLC or its licensors. These terms do not transfer those rights to you.

8. Beta limits and football data

This is an early beta. Features may change, pause, or stop. Fixtures, squads, and results come from outside providers and can be delayed or corrected. We work to preserve accurate receipts and scoring, but we do not promise uninterrupted access or error-free third-party data.

Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights that cannot legally be limited. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, personal league disputes, offline payments, or decisions made from unofficial or delayed football information.

9. Ending or restricting use

You may stop using the service or request account closure at any time. We may suspend or end access when reasonably needed to protect people, fair play, the service, or legal compliance. Our Privacy notice explains account and deletion requests and why some shared integrity records may need to remain.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the beta changes. We will change the effective date and give clear notice of a material change. Continued use after that notice means you accept the updated terms where the law permits that approach.
